Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
aMysore is the traditional method of learning Ashtanga Yoga, rooted in Mysore, South India, and passed down through the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and the Jois family. Unlike a led class, each student moves at their own pace, receiving one-on-one guidance within a quiet, meditative group setting. Beginners are welcome and supported in building their sequence gradually. There is no need to keep up with anyone else. We begin with the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa), a therapeutic vinyasa that strengthens, purifies, and steadies body and mind. This is a self-renewing, lifelong practice that grows with you. Vinyasa & FLow
Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” and in this style of yoga, postures unfold in a flowing sequence guided by the breath. Unlike the more structured Mysore Ashtanga, which follows a set sequence in silence, Vinyasa & Flow classes are fully guided and vary in postures from week to week. Each movement is linked to the steady rhythm of ujjayi, or “oceanic breath,” creating a dynamic mind-body experience. This breath-led practice supports strength, flexibility, and inner awareness with space for somatic creativity to flow.
AquaTIC Fitness & Aqua Yoga
Aquatic Yoga & Fitness invites you into a fluid, low-impact environment where strength, breath, and buoyancy come together. Classes blend rhythmic movement and resistance training with mindful breathwork and vinyasa-inspired sequences in water. The support of the pool reduces strain on joints while enhancing mobility, coordination, and cardiovascular vitality. Whether you're flowing through gentle asanas or building functional fitness with playful cardio, the water becomes both a coach and a sanctuary. Each yoga session ends in blissful surrender, floating, being held, and deeply restored.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the art of conscious rest, a gentle, deeply nourishing practice that invites the nervous system to downshift and heal. Using props to fully support the body in restful postures, we create space for stillness, breath, and inner listening. This practice is especially helpful during times of fatigue, stress, grief, or transition, offering a powerful antidote to burnout. You don’t need strength or flexibility to begin, just the willingness to pause, soften, and be held by the Earth. It is yoga for the part of you that longs to exhale more deeply.
Breathwork, Meditation, and Ritual
In these sessions, we slow down and tune in through conscious breathing, meditation, and simple devotional rituals that honor the sacred within and around us. Rituals may include lighting a candle or diya, chanting mantras, offering flowers or water, writing heartfelt intentions, or creating an altar. Each practice is accessible and optional, designed to help you reclaim stillness, awaken reverence, and cultivate inner rhythm.
Yoga Philosophy
Explore the roots of yoga beyond the postures. In these sessions, we dive into classical texts like the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali and the Bhagavad Gītā, as well as Tantric texts like the Shiva Sutras and Spanda Karikas. Through discussion, contemplation, and journaling, we reflect on how ancient wisdom can meet modern questions around identity, purpose, and liberation. Whether you're new to yoga philosophy or seeking deeper insight, these sessions offer a grounded and soulful way to walk the path with more clarity and heart.
“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.”
