Think of it as a guided safari through Patanjali's poignant aphorisms, making each more exciting, accessible, and applicable. Less lecture, more discussion.

Memorization:

Each week you’ll select one sutra that we’ve discussed to memorize in Sanskrit. By the end of the course, you can have committed at least 10 new yoga sutras to memory and developed a more intimate relationship with the language, rendering authentic yoga philosophy fun and conversational.
