Thank you for learning and practicing with Aquamarine Yoga. By participating in any of our programs, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of the following policies. Please do not hesitate to send an email if you have any questions.

Liability Release

You assert:

I assert that I am mentally and physically fit to participate in classes with Aquamarine Yoga. I acknowledge that there are serious risks involved in any activity, including yoga, and I agree that I am fully responsible for my health and safety in and around my classes. I understand that I am not obliged to do everything the teacher offers and that I always have a choice to determine what is appropriate for my body and my mind. I irrevocably agree to hold harmless and indemnify Aquamarine Yoga, its instructors, and partners from any and all claims of injury or damage incurred to myself or my belongings from participating in class with Aquamarine Yoga.

Likeness Release

You agree:

I agree to communicate with Aquamarine Yoga directly in class if I do not want my likeness (image and/or voice) to be included in promotional material if and when Aquamarine Yoga announces that photos or video clips of classes are being taken. Otherwise, I permit Aquamarine Yoga to use my likeness in the context of the class for promotional material at any time in perpetuity.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Regular Classes:

Refunds are available for private and group practice classes up to 3 days before the scheduled class. After that, no refunds are available.

Private classes may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. After that, rescheduling is not available.

There are no refunds for missed classes.

If Aquamarine Yoga needs to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds for Workshops:

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of a workshop. After that, workshop fees are non-refundable.

Workshop places are limited to keep the group small and allow for meaningful interaction with the teacher.

Registration is for the complete workshop. Refunds or partial refunds are not available for individual sessions that are missed. If you cannot attend a session live, you will still receive access to the recording and workshop materials.

Workshops are subject to minimum enrollment. If Aquamarine Yoga needs to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund. If a workshop needs to be rescheduled and you cannot attend the new dates, you may request a full refund.

Workshop registrations may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Aquamarine Yoga.

Online Classes & Recordings

Online classes and workshops may be recorded so that registered participants can watch sessions they miss or revisit the material.

Aquamarine Yoga is not responsible for problems caused by a participant's internet connection, computer, device, or other technology.

Access to recordings will be available for the period specified for each class or workshop.

Workshop Materials

Recordings, handouts, PDFs, videos, audio, and other materials provided by Aquamarine Yoga or a guest teacher are for the personal use of registered participants only.

Please do not share, reproduce, publish, upload, sell, or distribute these materials without permission.
